Celebrating Our Incredible Staff
Day 1: You are our Sunshine
Day 1: You are our Sunshine
Monday we kicked off Staff Appreciation Week with a delicious Sunshine Breakfast Potluck! Parents and volunteers treated our staff to an incredible spread of homemade dishes, including fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes, sausage links, bagels, english muffins, cinnamon rolls, and more. We also received donations of conchas from Oaxaca Bakery, a fruit tray from Cutsforth's Market and coffee from the Canby Starbucks. The Canby Educational Foundation also dropped off a large box of donuts for the staff as well. It was a bright and tasty way to start the week and show how much our staff means to us.
Day 2: You Help us Grow
Day 2: You Help us Grow
On Tuesday, we celebrated our amazing staff with a special gift to match our "You help us grow" theme. Everyone received a plant or succulent that we were able to procure thanks to a generous discount from Rutz Family Farm. It was a day to recognize how each staff member plays a crucial role in helping our children grow and succeed.

Midweek was all about helping show our staff some love with the “You are the Heart of our School” theme. We surprised them with a mystery book of their choice with our Blind Date with a Book gift we procured from a partnership with The Book Nook. We also decorated the walls with "Heart"-felt thank you notes from students and parents and plenty of chocolate to add a little love to their day.
Day 4: You Keep us Calm
Day 4: You Keep us Calm
Our staff spends every day helping students feel safe, supported, and cared for, so today we wanted to return the favor a little. Staff were treated to 10 minute massages from Olivia at Wild Moon Rituals along with some extra goodies from generous sponsors that we hope bring a little calm to their classrooms and days too.
We’re so thankful for the steady care our staff brings to our school every single day.

To wrap up Staff Appreciation Week, we celebrated the energy our staff brings to Trost every single day.
Whether they're inspiring students, encouraging one another, or tackling every challenge with positivity, our staff brings an incredible energy that makes our school a better place. To help keep them fueled, we invited BS Bar LLC to campus to serve custom energy drinks, lemonades, and sodas for everyone to enjoy.
It was a fun way to end a week dedicated to recognizing the amazing people who make Trost such a special place. Thank you to our incredible staff for everything you do!
