Location: Trost Elementary School - In the school GYM and Cafeteria

A silent auction featuring a variety of exciting items
Raffle baskets with themed goodies and experiences
A 50/50 raffle where one lucky winner will take home half the proceeds
Spirit wear available for purchase to show your school pride
Pizza and concessions for sale throughout the evening
Each grade has its own themed raffle basket and students are encouraged to bring donations that fit their grade’s theme directly to school. Simply bring your donations to school to help fill these baskets and make them amazing raffle prizes for Bingo Night.

Silent auction items such as gift cards, services, and themed baskets
Raffle basket items to complement the grade level themes or for general raffle baskets
Bingo prizes including toys, treats, and gift cards suitable for all ages

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are needed to help make Bingo Night a success in the following areas:
Setting up and cleaning up the event space
Running the concessions table
Managing the spirit wear sales
Calling out bingo numbers
Assisting with raffle and silent auction tables
Any amount of time you can give will be greatly appreciated.
